Location: Morgantown
Do you have production experience? Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Production Associate positions in Morgantown, KY.
Details for Production Associate Position- $15 / Hour
- 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 2pm – 10:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 10pm – 6:30am
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Entry-Level Positions
- Monitor injection molding machines and inspect parts for quality issues
- Assemble finished products and subassemblies to meet production schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation while following quality and safety standards
Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial settings preferred
- Valid forklift training and authorization for equipment operated
- Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Experience handling raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods preferred
- Familiarity with inventory systems, barcode scanners, and production documentation preferred
- Attention to detail when verifying quantities and identifying materials
- Basic math, recordkeeping, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
