VantagePoint Church is looking for an exceptional Marketing & Communications Director to lead the marketing, storytelling, branding, and communication efforts of one of Southern California's fastest-growing churches.

This is more than a marketing position.

The ideal candidate has experience leading communications, marketing, creative, or brand initiatives in a church, nonprofit, agency, or comparable organization. They possess strong leadership instincts, excellent communication skills, creative vision, and a passion for helping people connect with Jesus. They are energized by building teams, telling meaningful stories, solving communication challenges, and helping ministries achieve greater impact. Most importantly, they believe the local church is the hope of the world and are excited to use their gifts to advance its mission.
