We're hiring an Influencer Campaign Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of influencer marketing campaigns and advisory projects across our brand advisory practice. You'll be involved in every stage of a campaign - from finding and vetting the right creators, to briefing them, reviewing their content, and reporting on results - and you'll support client-facing materials, project organization, and on-site execution at activations and events.
WhatYou’ll Do
Assist with creator selection, vetting, outreach, contracting, and deliverable tracking
Support creative brief development and creator briefing
Review creator content against briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives, and help provide clear, actionable feedback
Help manage campaign timelines, approvals, and go-live coordination
Track live content and campaign metrics across platforms, and support recap reporting
Support light video editing and content adjustments for quick-turn needs
Build and maintain client decks, creator lists, trackers, and project documentation
Assist with on-site activations and events, including travel when required
1 - 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content, or a related role at an agency, brand, or management company (relevant internships count)
Some hands-on exposure to branded social or influencer campaigns
Exceptional organization and follow-through - you can keep many moving pieces on track without dropping details
Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to give creators clear feedback
A good creative eye and a deep understanding of social media: platforms, trends, formats, and the creators driving them
