Marketing Management, Marketing Strategy
Our mission at Hub Spot is to help millions of organizations grow better. As Principal, Marketing Measurement, you'll lead the evolution of how Hub Spot measures and optimizes its marketing measurement and investments — building the measurement infrastructure and decision-making framework that enables confident capital allocation decisions across organic, paid, owned, and earned channels.
Hub Spot operates a significant and growing marketing presence across organic channels, paid media, a robust content and media network, and earned and owned activations. As we scale through brand-led, multi-channel demand creation, we're building the capability to understand what drives incremental growth across all marketing levers and translate those insights into smarter investment decisions. This role leads that work, working closely with cross functional teams across Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, and Product — combining marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, multi-touch and modernized attribution, and predictive forecasting into a unified measurement capability that serves Marketing and Finance alike.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who combines deep measurement expertise with the strategic instincts to connect analytical rigor to the decisions that matter most.
