Marketing & Business Development

With the oversight of the SVP/Director of Channel Marketing, leads Tru Stone Financials integrated paid media and social media strategy, implementation and optimization. Manages agency and vendor relationships, media planning and buying, channel strategy, campaign execution, content development and leads social community engagement to build the Tru Stone Financial brand, reach priority audiences and support measurable growth. Partners across the enterprise with key stakeholders, such as Marketing, Digital Experience, Retail, Compliance, and external agencies to connect strategic planning with disciplined execution and performance reporting.

Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm with additional hours as needed at our Plymouth Corporate or Burnsville Administrative Office locations; exempt.

In addition:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media or a related field, or equivalent work
• experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in media strategy, media planning and buying, social media marketing, digital advertising or
• integrated marketing.
• Demonstrated experience managing agencies, vendors, media budgets and cross-channel campaign implementation.
• Experience with social content creation, copywriting, photography and video editing; working knowledge of Adobe Creative
• Suite or equivalent tools such as Canva.
• Experience with analytics, campaign tracking, pixel implementation, dashboards and performance reporting;
  Google
• Strong understanding of financial services, personal finance topics and advertising compliance requirements preferred.
• Excellent organizational, project management, written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work, manage multiple priorities and meet regular and changing deadlines.
• Willingness to monitor social media outside standard business hours and travel to branches or events for content creation
• as needed.
• Reliable vehicle/transportation for local travel and a valid driver’s license.
• Maintains awareness of enterprise compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML) obligations, and
• follows internal policies and escalation protocols as applicable.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

The salary range for this position is $66,500.00 to $83,000.00 per year. In addition, we offer:
