D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Marketing Manager
- Programmatic & Native . The right candidate is responsible for the technical implementation, execution, and optimization of the company's programmatic display and native advertising initiatives across multiple markets. This role establishes DSP governance, campaign execution standards, and performance optimization to improve audience targeting and marketing results.

- Configure and maintain DSP environments, campaign taxonomy, trafficking workflows, pixel implementation, conversion tracking, QA standards, and naming conventions
- Build, launch, and optimize programmatic display campaigns using prospecting, contextual, retargeting, and conquest strategies
- Execute competitive conquest campaigns through geofencing, third-party audiences, and in-market buyer segmentation
- Manage native advertising campaigns by optimizing bids, placements, headlines, images, and audience targeting
- Configure brand safety, ad verification, fraud prevention, inclusion/exclusion lists, and inventory quality controls
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance while resolving trafficking and tracking issues
- Coordinate creative rotation with internal partners and replace underperforming assets
- Maintain campaign attribution standards by managing UTM governance, view-through conversion tracking, reporting accuracy, and campaign documentation that supports cross-channel marketing measurement and optimization
- Evaluate emerging programmatic technologies and recommend improvements
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Ability to travel
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Digital Media, or related field
- Five (5)+ years of programmatic media buying and DSP campaign management
- Experience with pixels, conversion tracking, taxonomy design, QA processes, and multi-market trafficking
- Experience with native advertising platforms and brand safety tools
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications
- Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities include close vision and peripheral vision
- The noise level is generally moderate
- Experience with The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, or similar
- Experience with IAS, Double Verify, or MOAT
- Google or Trade Desk certifications a plus
