Location: Northern
Own organic and paid acquisition for madmonkey.media and run SEO/PPC engagements for our agency clients.
Where you work: Hybrid. You live within commuting distance of Dallas and work from our Dallas location part of each week; the in‑office schedule is agreed with you before an offer. This is not a fully remote role.
Pay: $70,000 - $95,000 / year
Most hires land between $78,000 and $85,000. The top of the band is for someone who has owned both an in‑house program and a client book at the same time.
What you will do- Run our own SEO program (content, technical, links)
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads for client accounts
- Build dashboards from GSC, GA4, and Ahrefs
- Brief content and design on what to ship next
- 3+ years SEO and paid, in‑house or agency
- Hands‑on with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush
- Can write a content brief that an LLM cannot
- Numbers‑literate
- Measurable goals, no vanity reports
- AI tools heavy in the workflow
- Direct visibility into revenue impact
- Ownership of our own SEO and paid program, plus a client book
- Daily use of SEO Intelligence, the SEO tool we build in house
