About the role

You’ll be the ongoing point of contact for a group of Stitchi clients, helping them plan merchandise and move projects from a clear brief to approved work. You’ll partner with a Brand Partner on opportunities, work with Account Coordinators on the details, and retain the client relationship while the Production team manages execution.

What you’ll do

• Learn each client’s brand, audience, calendar, and priorities so recommendations fit the program.

• Lead intake and translate requests into clear scope, quantities, budgets, destinations, deadlines, and approval steps.

• Guide sourcing, product recommendations, samples, and proposals with support from Account Coordinators.

• Review quotes and client commitments, protect margin, and escape decisions outside your approval authority.

• Secure written approvals and coordinate payment or approved terms before preparing the order handoff.

• Give Production a complete, accurate handoff and resolve questions about client expectations or changes.

• Develop repeat programs and identify account growth opportunities in partnership with the Brand Partner.

• Keep clients and internal teammates aligned on decisions, responsibilities, and next steps.

What you’ll bring

• Experience managing client relationships and multiple projects in merchandise, an agency, events, or a comparable service business.

• Sound judgment about scope, pricing, deadlines, and when to ask for help.

• Ability to present ideas, explain tradeoffs, and handle revisions or difficult conversations constructively.

• Strong organization and careful written records across quotes, approvals, and project details.

• Comfort working with account, creative, production, and billing teammates.

What success looks like

Clients know who to turn to and what happens next. Briefs and approvals are complete, handoffs need less rework, and accounts return with new projects because the experience is dependable.
