Experience:10+ years of B2B marketing leadership targeting healthcare enterprises

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (required), MBA or healthcare-related advanced degree (preferred).

Enterprise B2B marketing leader driving an aggressive growth strategy.

Reports directly to the CEO. Own the complete marketing function for both RCM services and SaaS software. Builds a scalable marketing engine that accelerates pipeline growth, drives enterprise client acquisition, and positions Plutus Health as a market leader in tech-enabled RCM.

• 10+ years of B2B marketing leadership targeting healthcare enterprises
• Proven ABM program success with measurable pipeline impact
• Experience building and executing multi-touch ABM campaigns targeting C-suite and clinical decision-makers
• Experience with 12-month enterprise sales cycles involving 5–10 stakeholders
• Track record of achieving 30%+ improvement in sales cycle velocity through ABM

Healthcare Industry Expertise

• RCM outsourcing services marketing (medical billing, coding, denial management)
