We’re seeking a driven Senior Brand Partnership Manager to join our team. The Senior Brand Partnership Manager (BPM) is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts, and helping clients drive business results on Statusphere through product consultation, education, and support. Success in this role requires strong sales skills, a strong partnership with your Client Success Manager (CSM), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
In this role, you’ll expand your book of business by tapping your existing network of CPG brand and agency relationships to onboard net-new brand partners, while also growing existing accounts by mapping each organization’s structure and activating additional sub-brands and business units. You’ll develop and grow partnerships with Top 500 retail accounts, owning the full relationship lifecycle, from initial outreach and onboarding through ongoing partnership management, ensuring each brand’s creator content program continues to meet their marketing goals as the relationship matures.
Success in this position comes from a proactive, relationship-driven approach and the ability to balance new-business development with deep, long-term account growth.
- Onboard net-new brand partners by tapping your existing network of CPG brand and agency relationships, converting warm relationships into signed partnerships.
- Map each enterprise account’s organizational structure to identify and activate additional sub-brands, business units, and portfolio companies, growing the relationship beyond its initial point of entry.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach and onboarding to ongoing account management, using a mix of in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
- Advise brand marketing teams on how to leverage their creator/UGC content programs to hit campaign goals, bringing a marketing manager’s understanding of brand guidelines, messaging, and content strategy, rather than managing creators directly.
- Understand and plan around clients’ marketing cycles and campaign calendars, product launches, seasonal moments, always-on content needs, so creator content is delivered on time and on-strategy.
- Develop and continuously improve playbooks, templates, and best practices for activating and scaling brand partnerships and their creator content programs.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date partnership and campaign records in Hub Spot, using it to track deliverables, timelines, and performance across accounts.
