We're looking for a culturally plugged-in content strategist to own HuCapital's voice across Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In. You write well, think editorially, and stay ahead of what's happening in AI, entrepreneurship, and culture. You're not just posting. You're building a point of view.

HuCapital is an AI-powered community platform built for entrepreneurial creatives and professionals across the New York Metropolitan area. Powered by our AI superconnector Huey, we curate 1:1, peer group, and prompted matches designed to transform online connections into IRL collaborations.

AI has fundamentally changed the way we work, and the most innovative projects and businesses of our time will be built by people who know how to use it together. HuCapital brings creatives and professionals together to unite their unique skillsets, collaborate on what is next, and build a better future.

We curate popular IRL experiences, including our HuLane Traffic Light Mixer, Winning Women Conference, HuCapital Innovation Week, and more, each attracting 200 to 600 professionals and founders across various industries.

As the Social Media and Content Manager, you are the voice of HuCapital online. You understand what is happening in culture, in the workforce, in tech, and in entrepreneurship, and you know how to translate that into content that resonates. You are not just posting. You are building a point of view, growing a community, and making sure HuCapital shows up in the right conversations at the right time.

This role is ideal for someone who lives on social media not just as a consumer but as a strategist. You follow what is shifting in AI, work culture, and the creator economy because it genuinely interests you, and that curiosity shows up in the content you make.

• Manage and Grow Our Social Presence:
  Own HuCapital's day-to-day presence across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and emerging platforms. Develop and execute a content strategy that builds audience, drives engagement, and reflects our brand.
• Write and Develop Content:
  Write captions, scripts, and copy for social posts, short-form video, carousels, and campaign assets. Your writing should feel sharp, intentional, and human.
• Stay Ahead of Culture and Trends:
  Bring a consistent awareness of what is happening in AI, entrepreneurship, the future of work, and pop culture, and find ways to connect those conversations to the HuCapital brand authentically.
• Manage the Content Calendar:
  Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently using content management tools, ensuring campaigns, events, and platform moments are covered.
• Engage the Community:
  Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions. Build relationships with followers, partners, and aligned creators in a way that feels genuine and on-brand.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
  Work closely with the events, brand, and product teams to support launches, campaigns, and event promotion with content that converts.
• Track Performance and Iterate:
  Use platform analytics to understand what is working, report on key metrics, and continuously refine the content approach.

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, startup, creator, or platform.
• A strong writer with a clear editorial voice and the ability to adapt tone across platforms and formats.
• Deeply familiar with Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In, how each platform works, what performs, and where things are heading.
• Genuinely interested in AI, entrepreneurship, the future of work, and pop culture. These are not just resume line items for you. They inform how you think and what you create.
