Today, the brand is entering an exciting new chapter, building on that legacy while evolving Soffe for a new generation of consumers through elevated product, modern storytelling, and a renewed focus on community.#

Position Overview We're looking for a Brand Community & Content Manager to shape how Soffe shows up, connects and builds relationships with its community every day.

Sitting at the intersection of brand, social, creators and community, this role will own Soffe's organic social presence and oversee the day-to-day relationships with creators, influencers, ambassadors, affiliates and brand advocates. You'll work closely with Marketing, Creative and Ecommerce to translate the brand into content and experiences that feel relevant, distinctive and unmistakably Soffe.

This is not just a social media management role. The ideal candidate will have strong brand instincts, an eye for compelling content and a natural ability to build relationships. You understand how fashion and lifestyle brands earn attention and loyalty, not by chasing every trend, but by knowing their point of view, understanding their consumer and creating a desirable community for our customers.

You'll be equally comfortable building a relationship with an emerging creator, recognizing a strong piece of content, managing a launch calendar and digging into performance to understand what's working.

Key Responsibilities ## Social Media & Community Management
• Own the day-to-day management and execution of Soffe's organic social channels, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Maintain and execute the social content calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, cultural moments, and key brand priorities.
• Publish, schedule, and optimize content while maintaining a consistent and elevated brand voice.
• Engage directly with our community and help cultivate meaningful relationships with consumers and brand loyalists.
• Monitor consumer feedback, creator feedback, social performance, community sentiment, and relevant cultural conversations to identify emerging themes and opportunities.
• Bring recurring consumer questions, behaviors, and insights back into broader marketing, content, and brand planning.
• Develop strategies to grow engagement, audience quality, and community participation.
• Track and report on social performance, audience growth, engagement, and community health, translating results into actionable recommendations.## Creator, Influencer & Ambassador Relationships
• Own day-to-day relationships with influencers, creators, athletes, ambassadors, and organic brand advocates.
• Identify and build relationships with emerging creators and communities that authentically align with Soffe's brand and consumer.
• Manage product seeding, gifting, outreach, campaign participation, content requirements, and ongoing relationship management.
• Help develop Soffe's ambassador and community programs across relevant fashion, fitness, college, athletic, and military communities.
• Maintain creator databases and relationship records; track content delivery, earned content, engagement, and partnership performance.
