The Director, Global Commercial Strategy, Precision Medicine will have responsibility for supporting the design & execution of J&J’s global commercial Precision Medicine (PM) strategy in close collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders in the global and regional Innovative Medicine organization. The successful candidate should have diagnostic commercial experience and, preferably within pharma, be a strong leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills, possess scientific/technical aptitude and be able to translate the commercial PM strategy into execution for our therapeutic portfolio.

Key focus areas include enabling strategy, shaping the market and orchestrating execution to support asset success.
** Key Responsibilities will include:
** Primary responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to:

Enable asset strategy by shaping portfolio, asset and launch decisions through precision medicine market intelligence, evidence, and regional insights

Shape markets by enabling market conditions required for precision medicine-enabled assets to achieve their full potential.

Orchestrate execution by aligning R&D, global brands, regions, diagnostic partners and other key stakeholders to optimize launch success and enterprise impact.

Support the design and implementation of Global Commercial PM strategy for PM-enabled assets in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including the Global Brand Teams, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Research & Development (R&D) teams across various Therapeutic Area’s (TA’s).Provide day-to-day oversight of diagnostic partnerships with testing laboratories or test manufacturers, including providing J&J input, coordinating customer and partner…
