ABOUT THE ROLE:Division-D is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our Media Strategy team.
In this role, you'll gain hands‑on experience in the rapidly evolving digital advertising industry, supporting the development of strategic media plans for brands across a variety of industries. You'll work alongside experienced Media Strategists and Account Executives to research audiences, evaluate advertising opportunities, and help build data‑driven recommendations that align with client objectives.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys research, problem‑solving, technology, and turning information into actionable recommendations. You'll build a strong foundation in digital media strategy while developing skills that support long‑term career growth.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:- Collaborate with Media Strategists to develop customized digital media plans aligned with client goals, budgets, and target audiences.
- Assist in building client‑facing media recommendations, including campaign budgets, audience strategies, media allocations, and supporting research.
- Harness an in-depth understanding of Division-D's complete funnel offerings to offer the most pertinent recommendations.
- Leverage industry research platforms and data to identify consumer behaviors, market trends, competitive insights, and advertising opportunities.
- Communicate with advertising partners to research platform capabilities, available inventory, pricing, and emerging opportunities.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, and an interest in applying emerging technology to professional workflows.
- Bachelor's Degree – Journalism and Business preferred
- Job or Internship experience in marketing
- Experience organizing and directing vendors or clients in a professional environment
