ECommerce Specialist

Elite Hockey HQ is looking for an eCommerce Specialist to help grow and optimize the digital storefront and online customer experience that supports our training platform and related offerings. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to drive online engagement, streamline the purchase journey, and improve conversion across our digital channels.

• Manage and maintain the eCommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
• Monitor site performance, conversion rates, and checkout flow, identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, email promotions, and landing pages tied to subscription plans and offerings
• Analyze sales and web traffic data to report on key performance metrics and recommend optimizations
• Coordinate with customer support to resolve order, billing, and subscription-related issues
• Support A/B testing and ongoing site improvements to increase engagement and retention

• Experience managing an eCommerce platform or online storefront (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, or similar)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, email, and conversion optimization
• Comfort working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on performance
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing product data and promotions
• Strong written communication skills for customer-facing and internal collaboration
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams

• Experience with subscription or membership-based business models
• Familiarity with the hockey or sports training industry
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for landing page or storefront edits
