Marketing Assistant; Bilingual Spanish

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in speaking and writing).
• Comfortable making phone calls and sending text messages to follow up with prospective students.
• Passionate about helping others advance their careers through education and training.
• Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to reliably commute to 215 S. Vermont Ave., Los Angeles, CA and work on-site for 8 hours per day

• Basic administrative skills, including light paperwork, processing applications, and onboarding new students.
• Ability to assist with marketing campaigns across social media platforms and email.
• Basic understanding of website content creation and SEO, including creating organic website pages to improve search engine visibility.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, student enrollment, or customer service.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging marketing content.
• Familiarity with email marketing campaigns and lead follow-up.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.
• Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced educational environment.
