JOB TITLE: CONTENT COORDINATOR
POSITION SUMMARY
The Content Coordinator creates engaging digital content that inspires people to visit Table Rock Lake and experience the area’s attractions, outdoor recreation, lodging, dining, and local businesses. This position primarily supports destination marketing through video creation, website content, social media, email communications, and advertising assets.
Short-form video production is a core responsibility of this position. This position works directly with local business owners and tourism partners to identify stories and showcase the experiences that make Table Rock Lake a desirable destination.
This is an in-person, full-time position with a standard five-day work week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop, plan, film and edit video content from concept through completion, including reels, business features, interviews, destination highlights and organizational initiatives.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content across Meta platforms, Tik Tok and other relevant channels in support of organizational priorities.
• Create and adapt content for use across multiple platforms and marketing channels.
• Proactively identify and develop stories and content opportunities that promote local businesses, showcase the community and support tourism, and Chamber priorities.
• Maintain Word Press websites and other content management platforms, keeping information accurate, current, visually appealing and easy to navigate.
• Write and update website on a Word Press platform and using our CRM software.
• Create digital and print graphics, including advertising assets for Google, Meta and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate on digital newsletters and automated email communications that align with our organizational initiatives
• Work with third-party website and technology partners to support search engine optimization, website performance and ongoing improvements.
• Coordinate with staff across organizational brands to ensure content supports shared priorities and maintains appropriate brand standards.
• Use AI tools to enhance efficiency and support the creative process while ensuring original thinking, human creativity and judgment remain at the center of the work.
• Proofread and verify names, dates, business information and other details before publication.
