Falmouth Chrisitan Church is seeking a part-time Pastor to lead our congregation in fulfilling our Mission: “Jesus is our priority. Spreading the Gospel is our mission. Discipleship is our purpose. Dwelling together as the Church reminds us to welcome all to experience the grace, truth, and love of Jesus Christ and to develop an everlasting relationship with Him.”
- Teaching weekly sermons from God’s Word with clarity, passion, and relevance.
- Working with leadership (church board, elders, deacons, volunteers).
- Overseeing staff.
- Conducting ceremonies like baptisms and weddings.
- Fostering a healthy spiritual environment in the church that facilitates the spiritual growth of individuals and the congregation as a whole.
- Conducting or overseeing visitation ministries to the sick and/or homebound.
- Providing a weekly invitation for those seeking baptism through Christ or transfer of membership.
- Remaining flexible in terms of expectations and availability.
- The ideal candidate must be a deeply devoted follower of Jesus Christ and enthusiastic about the Kingdom of God.
