Year-Round Missionary

Trinity Woods is excited to expand its missionary opportunities through our new Year-Round Missionary Program, which builds on the transformative experiences of our summer staff.

This program invites dedicated Catholic young adults to stay on throughout the year, deepening their faith and leadership skills while making a meaningful impact on the lives of youth.

Year-round missionaries will be integral to our Faith and Science program, helping students encounter God through the beauty and order of creation, deepening their understanding of divine providence, and reflecting on how creation reveals His glory.

Missionaries will lead hands-on science programs focused on nature, facilitate adventure activities, share personal testimonies, teach about the Catholic faith, and lead small group discussions.

Beyond faith-based science initiatives, missionaries will help with weekend retreats and provide essential support in various areas of daily camp operations. They will assist with kitchen duties, front desk responsibilities, housekeeping, and camp maintenance. Each missionary will also have a specific focus area to expand the reach and mission of Trinity Woods, such as:

• Merchandise and Candy Shop
• Marketing

This role provides a stipend, housing, and most meals while working on campus. Missionaries will be supported by our missionary coordinators, who foster a welcoming environment that encourages spiritual growth and service to the mission of Trinity Woods Catholic Retreat Center.

If you’re passionate about combining faith, adventure, and sharing the joy of the Catholic faith to inspire young people, join us at Trinity Woods and make a difference all year round!
