Responsibilities of the RN Unit Manager:
  • Lead and support nursing staff on your assigned unit

  • Ensure high-quality resident care in accordance with state and federal guidelines

  • Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and clinical oversight to nursing staff

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

Requirements of the RN Unit Manager:
  • Active state RN license

  • CPR/BLS Certification

  • Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing

  • Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to lift 25 or more pounds

  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended time periods

  • Team player, strong communicator, passionate about senior care
