When our team feels valued, empowered, and heard, they deliver compassionate, personalized care that sets our community apart.
We are honored to offer the only dedicated memory care unit in Muhlenberg County, as well as a Rehab‑to‑Home short‑term unit—all supported by above‑average staff‑to‑resident ratios.
