Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist in planning, developing, and organizing the day-to-day functions. Additionally, the supervisor will provide supervision to the nursing staff, ensuring the quality of nursing care provided to our residents.

RN Supervisor Qualifications
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
  • Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
  • Supervise staff in day-to-day operations.
  • Function as floor nurse as needed.
  • Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance.
  • Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.
  • Meet all local health regulations, and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
RN Requirements
  • Current RN license in State.
  • Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of Matrixcare is preferred.
