As an LPN at Signature Health

CARE you will provide exceptional nursing services, supervise nursing assistants, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents with the highest quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
