• Attend to individual needs of residents: bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs; lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognise and report changes in resident condition to nursing management; ask clarifying questions.
• Communicate effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist nurses with various duties as directed.

• Current state certification as a CNA.
• At least one year of CNA experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
