• Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON)
• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents’ needs
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

• At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment, most of which should be in a management role
• Current RN License
• Ability to administer medications and IV certification
• Good working knowledge of state rules/regulations
• Passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent attendance and reliability
