Madisonville, KY — Full‑time Night Shift. Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.

• Consult and coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Prepare and administer medications (orally, subcutaneously, IV) and record them; report adverse reactions per policy
• Record patient medical information and vital signs
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, interpret and record electronic displays
• Initiate corrective action when a patient shows adverse symptomatology
• Provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during patient examination and treatment
• Respond to life‑saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol
• Participate in discharge planning
• Utilize time‑management skills
• Record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely in a timely manner and in the appropriate format and forms
• Perform other position‑related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting

• Current LPN/RN license in the state
• Up‑to‑date first aid and CPR certification
• At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a long‑term care setting (preferred)
• Knowledge of Matrix Care (preferred)
