Compensation & SchedulePart Time: 1st Shift
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain the monthly schedule for nursing, including coverage for call-offs
- Prepare daily staffing sheets
- Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
- Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
- Understand and practice infection control procedures
- Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals
- Report all violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
- Completed CNA Course / State Licensed or certified Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Service mentality and a thirst for learning
- Positive, dependable, team-oriented mindset
