Shift type: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift LPN. Earn premium pay for working weekend shifts!

• Valid LPN license required.
• Provide bedside care, personal hygiene maintenance.
• Record vital signs, collect health info, relay info between RN and physicians.
• Administer oral medications & injections, test blood sugar.
• Urinary catheter insertion and care.
• Assist patients, monitor changes, chart and document accurately.
• Ask for clarification when in doubt.
• Act as role model for ancillary personnel.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.

• Current LPN license in state.
• Up‑to‑date first aid and CPR certification.
• At least one year experience in long‑term care preferred.
• Knowledge of Matrixcare preferred.
