CARE invites you to join our caring team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Sunrise Manor, a 137‑bed facility located in Elizabethtown, KY. Sunrise Manor offers skilled, semi‑skilled, rehabilitation, and Alzheimer’s care, along with physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

• Provide daily personal care to residents
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents’ rooms
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition

• Current nursing certification from state
• Current/active CPR certification
