Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med Surg/Telemetry position requiring a KY or compact RN license and strong telemetry skills.

• Work in a combined Med Surg/Telemetry unit with a patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6
• Hospital setting utilizing Meditech EMR
• Day shift, 07:00-19:30, with 36/48 hour weekly rotation
• 13-week contract assignment
• Orientation provided bi-weekly
• No local candidates accepted due to 100 mile radius requirement
• Travel pairs are not allowed unless unit has multiple needs
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Copy of driver's license may be required for consideration

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
