• Flexible Scheduling: Work when it suits you—assessments are scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, 8 am to 7 pm.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of adult and geriatric patients, including medical history, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Administer and order necessary diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide services in the comfort of patients' homes or skilled nursing facilities.

We’re looking for candidates who possess:

• A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with NP licensure.
• Current NP licensure in your state, including prescription authority.
• AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in relevant specialties.
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in medical record software.
• 1 year of NP experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
