- You will serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
- You will monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
- You will perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the Registered Nurse (RN).
- You will assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs with members of your healthcare team.
- You will teach patients and families to understand conditions, medications and self‑care skills.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Must have a license to practice professional nursing in the state of Kentucky
- Current BCLS and ACLS upon hire
- Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patient, guest, physicians, and other employees
