• You will serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• You will monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• You will perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the Registered Nurse (RN).
• You will assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs with members of your healthcare team.
• You will teach patients and families to understand conditions, medications and self‑care skills.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Must have a license to practice professional nursing in the state of Kentucky
• Current BCLS and ACLS upon hire
• Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patient, guest, physicians, and other employees
