Psych Bright Health is a physician-led outpatient psychiatry practice headquartered in Beverly Hills, delivering 100% virtual psychiatric care across California. Our model is holistic and evidence-based; we combine medication management with lifestyle, mindfulness, and coordinated therapy referrals so patients get personalized treatment, not one-size-fits-all care.

We treat the full range of mental health conditions, with particular depth in mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, sleep disorders, and substance use disorders, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).

We are hiring 1099 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who want a real, sustained caseload, not one or two hours a day. If you’re looking for steady telehealth volume, full operational support, and a clinical team that respects your judgment, we want to talk.

You will see California patients exclusively via secure telehealth, build longitudinal relationships with the patients you accept, and practice with the kind of clinical autonomy that’s difficult to find at large multi-state platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new patients via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth
• Develop and manage individualized medication management plans, with ongoing monitoring and dose adjustments
• Treat the full scope of adult outpatient psychiatric conditions, including mood, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, sleep, eating, and substance use disorders
• Provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid, alcohol, and tobacco use disorders where clinically indicated
• Collaborate with Psych Bright’s Medical Director and physician team on complex or co-occurring cases
• Document encounters accurately and on time in our EHR
• Coordinate care with referring therapists, primary care providers, and other specialists as needed

• Active, unrestricted California RN and Nurse Practitioner license
• ANCC board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active DEA registration;
  California Furnishing Number
• Minimum 1–2 years of independent psychiatric practice experience preferred; outpatient medication management and MAT exposure a plus
• Comfort with telehealth care delivery and EHR documentation
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered mindset
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-appropriate workspace
• Active individual malpractice coverage, or willingness to obtain prior to start

• Full credentialing across all major commercial payers
• Complete onboarding, EHR setup, and clinical workflow training
• 100% of billing, claims, posting, and revenue cycle work
• Patient intake, scheduling, and front-desk coordination
• Marketing and referral pipeline development; we keep your schedule full
• Collaborating physician oversight in compliance with California requirements

• Practice hours:
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific
• Flexible blocks within those hours; you set your weekly availability
