- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for experienced nurses with more than one year of RN experience
- Weekend Differential: Receive 25% on top of base pay
- Experienced RNs: Full-Time, Weekend Program (24 hours per weekend, can choose between two 12-hour shifts or three 8-hour shifts between the hours of Friday at 3pm and Monday at 7am)
- Must have at least one year of RN experience
- Unit: 3 Main Thoracic Surgery Stepdown

- 38-Bed Post-Op Care: We specialize in thoracic surgery recovery and act as Shadyside’s surgical stepdown unit.
- High-Acuity Patients: From minimally invasive esophagectomy to lobe resections, we provide top-notch care.
- Cardiac Expertise: We handle interventional cardiac cases from cath and electrophysiology labs.
- Dynamic Learning Environment: Our nurses gain hands-on experience with various procedures.
- Up to 96 hours of Paid Time Off on the weekends for a maximum of 8 weekend shifts off in a fiscal year
