The Clinical Manager will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the unit. This includes staffing, scheduling, payroll, associate management and development, competency and compliance. The manager will also focus on quality improvement, problem resolution, and change management. The manager will work closely with nursing leadership, physicians, and other departments to support patient care. This role requires collaboration to achieve associate engagement, quality, and operational goals.
We are looking for someone who can provide strong day-to-day leadership. This person will work collaboratively with our existing leadership team and staff. The unit serves Medical/Surgical, Hospice, Oncology, and/or Pediatrics.
