Hospice RN – Making every moment matter- This is a PT day shift position at our Hospice of Dayton IPU but could float to our Troy and Middletown IPU as needed.
- Shifts hours are 7am-7:30pm; 2-12hr shifts per week with every 3rd weekend rotation and every other holiday rotation

As a Hospice RN you will plan and deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interact with patients, families and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.

Qualifications:
RN's - Graduate of an accredited nursing school;
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN);
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio without any board actions. Two years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- CPR Certified
- Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred; required within two years of employment. (Eligible upon completion of 500 hours in last 12 months of hospice/palliative experience.)
- Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
