We have an immediate opening for a leader who can provide leadership, direction, and support to our team that is caring for our community's most vulnerable.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
- Two years of management experience in a home health or related healthcare organization.
- Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
- Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated.
- Assuring the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the organization.
