We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our urgent care teams in Solomons, California, and Prince Frederick, Maryland.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while collaborating with clinical and operational teams.
Independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients ages 2 and older presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and appropriate chronic conditions.
Serve as the primary Advanced Practice Provider during scheduled shifts, supported by clinical team members.
Perform sports physicals, DOT physicals when qualified, pre-employment examinations, and annual physicals.
Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and workers’ compensation cases.
Perform urgent care procedures, including suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and wound care.
Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including X-rays, laboratory tests, and 12-lead EKGs.
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with Maryland regulations and clinical protocols.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient experience.
Required QualificationsActive and unrestricted Maryland Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain one
Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Minimum of two years of clinical experience practicing as an FNP or PA-C
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Demonstrated ability to perform common urgent care procedures, including suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and wound care
Ability to independently interpret X-rays, EKGs, and other diagnostic results
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to high-quality patient care
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
