Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our neurosurgery team. This provider will see patients in clinic four days per week, assist in surgery one day a week, and help with a rotating call pool. The position comes with full benefits after 30 days of employment. Candidates must be highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow within a collaborative neurosurgical team.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and manage new and established patients in the clinic
- Assist in surgical procedures at our affiliated facilities
- Perform pre-op and post-op patient assessments and education
- Review imaging, order diagnostics, and develop comprehensive care plans
- Collaborate with surgeons and advanced practitioners to deliver coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- 2 Years of Experience
- Current Utah licensure and board certification
- Previous experience in neurosurgery or related field preferred
- Surgical assist experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
