Registered Nurse, Emergency Department

Sentara Careplex Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department.

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire

• RN-Associate’s Degree, or
• RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or
• RN-Diploma, or
• RN-Master’s Degree

– Sentara Care Plex Hospital Emergency Department is focused on providing exceptional emergency service to patients. The Emergency Department consists of 43 beds, including 11 fast-track beds for patients with shorter lengths of stay. Emergency physicians are board-certified. All emergency nurses undergo specialized training in emergency care and have received Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric certifications.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
