Adoration Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health team in Elizabethtown, KY. This part-time position focuses on delivering compassionate 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across Hardin, Grayson, Breckinridge and Meade Counties.
You will administer medications, provide oxygen, ostomy care, and care coordination while documenting care and communicating with families and case managers.
