Location: Cloverport
Bright Spring Health Services’ Adoration Health unit seeks a qualified LPN for home health in Elizabethtown, KY. This part-time role covers Hardin, Grayson, Breckinridge and Meade Counties with 1:1 patient care and a focus on dignity and independence.
The LPN will administer medications and treatments per the plan of care, document actions, and coordinate with families and physicians. A valid LPN license and driver’s license are required.
