Position Purpose
Managing the area of responsibility to provide the highest possible quality nursing care to the residents.
Essential Functions of PositionAssists in supervising the assignment and scheduling of nursing staff to meet the residents’ needs. Provide skilled nursing services within scope of practice. Address resident care issues/concerns. Contact physicians as necessary and ensure interventions are implemented timely. Excellent assessment and documentation skills.
Education RequirementsLicensed nurse with current unrestricted license. Two (2) years related long-term care nursing experience preferred.
