Signature HealthCARE is seeking a dedicated Staff Development Coordinator at Summit Manor Rehab & Wellness Center in Columbia, KY. You will design and implement nursing department training programs to ensure compliant, high-quality resident care.
You will mentor CNAs and RNs, conduct competency checks, and deliver 1:1 coaching to address gaps. A current RN license, CPR certification, and 3+ years in clinical care (long-term care preferred) are required.
