Legacy Partners in Azusa, CA is seeking a full-time Grounds Maintenance Technician responsible for watering turf, shrubs and plants and maintaining all exterior areas of the complex in a clean, litter-free condition. This on-site role reports to the Business Manager and follows a Tuesday–Sunday schedule.
You will perform grounds maintenance, landscape watering, exterior upkeep, pool and spa care, and support apartment turnovers.
