Status: Full-time
Salary: $25-$28 per hour, negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Flexible schedule including nights, weekend rotation, and holiday rotation

What Our Veterinary Technicians Do
- Triage patients and obtain thorough medical histories, vital signs, and patient assessments
- Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients from intake through discharge
- Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, fluid therapy, and sample collection
- Provide patient monitoring and supportive care, including TPRs, pain scoring, wound care, and more
- Assist with anesthesia monitoring, surgical care, and patient recovery
- Support emergency and urgent patient care as needed
- Perform laboratory procedures and assist with diagnostic testing
- Educate and communicate with clients about patient care, medications, discharge instructions, and preventative care
- Collaborate with veterinarians and fellow support team members to provide efficient, high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities within the practice
