Operating a fleet of premium, state-of-the-art Mercedes Sprinter vans fully equipped with hydro baths and climate control, we provide a 100% cage-free, serene, one-on-one sanctuary right in our clients' driveways. We look at grooming as an essential pillar of healthcare, which is why every single appointment concludes with our signature Well-Being Wrap Up report—giving pet parents an expert, hands-on health update on their pet's coat, skin, and behavioral well-being.

• Reliable Punctuality & Communication: We understand that mobile scheduling shifts dynamically throughout the day. Because of that, we focus our reliability expectations on starting your day on time and maintaining proactive, timely communication with clients whenever arrival times may shift during the day.
• Grooming Efficiency & Van Safety: While we never rush a pet, a successful mobile career requires an experienced stylist who knows how to manage their workspace efficiently and maintain a steady, productive daily pace. Alongside workspace efficiency, proper and safe operation of the mobile van is critical to protecting our team, our equipment, and the pets in our care.

• Guaranteed Pay Protection: We offer a minimum commission schedule plus 100% of tips during your first 90 days to protect your compensation levels while you build your consistent client base.
• Premium Long-Term Compensation: High commission splits, 100% of tips, and elevated, higher commission rates specifically for cat grooms to reward your specialized handling skills.
• Healthcare & Wellness Benefits: Medical, dental, and life insurance, along with dedicated wellness benefits, are available for our full-time team members working 35+ hours a week after a 90-day introductory period.
• HRA Premium Support: To help protect your paycheck, we offer a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) with a monthly allowance to directly contribute toward your health insurance premiums (eligible after 90 days of employment).
