Streamline Innovations Inc., located in Odessa, Texas, is seeking a proactive HSE Field Lead. This role is crucial for leading field-level HSE performance, monitoring and enhancing the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance of company personnel, contractors, equipment, and worksites. The HSE Field Lead will collaborate closely with operations to integrate and reinforce a strong HSE culture throughout multiple levels of the organization.

Responsible for daily field and shop engagement, ensuring core processes and safe policies are reflected in operational practices. The HSE Field Lead will actively identify safety risks and operational process gaps, ensuring compliance and driving corrective actions with a solutions-oriented approach. This individual will serve as a senior field resource and advocate for all field personnel and Streamline’s safety culture.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as a field HSE leader, ensuring compliance with OSHA, ANSI, API, NFPA standards, and both company and client safety protocols.
  • Provide Streamline personnel with ongoing employee safety and OSHA training in areas such as PEC, H2S, Man lift, Forklift, Fall Protection, etc., while reinforcing field expectations and safe work practices.
  • Ensure field personnel, supervisors, and management have the necessary resources to properly support the HSE program and operations.
  • Meet with customer safety and field professionals to conduct meetings, review job performance, and support HSE alignment.
  • Support the development and implementation of HSE programs including risk management plans, emergency response planning, and audits.
  • Respond to emergency incidents and lead or support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and detailed reporting.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation for emergency support.
  • Plan and conduct routine field audits across all assigned sites on a monthly basis, ensuring full coverage, compliance, and tracking findings through corrective action and closure.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance, documenting findings and trends for management review.
  • Provide safety orientation, ongoing training, and support to new and existing personnel on various HSE topics.
  • Develop and manage a schedule for monthly safety meetings across the assigned region.
  • Maintain regular field presence (60–80% travel within the region) to audit and enhance HSE practices.
  • Perform additional assignments or other duties for safety supervision and program maintenance as directed.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in HSE preferred.
  • PEC Veriforce SafeLandUSA™, H2S Clear Authorized Instructor, Manlift & Forklift Instructor Certification are preferred.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in a safety role, with a preference for candidates with chemical or gas plant experience.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of managing data in safety management systems.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a consultative approach to compliance and operations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
  • Required to pass both urine and hair follicle drug tests, as well as an alcohol test.
Working Conditions

Working conditions vary and include:

  • Controlled office environment as needed.
  • Predominantly in oil and gas field environments.
  • On occasions, weather conditions may include:
    • Hot, cold, and/or inclement weather.
    • Dusty and windy environments.
  • Driving to and from locations
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more.
