Quality Manager - Plant

While reporting to the Quality Manager III - Plant, as the Quality Manager
- Plant you will be responsible for the maintenance and control of the plant’s quality testing and reporting system within the Morganfield, KY plant.

• Providing development and maintenance of the quality testing/reporting system.
• Managing the specification, test methods and instruction processes.
• Performing line validations as major changes occur or new products are introduced.
• Ensure quality records are maintained.
• Provide direction to the QC’s in attaining and maintain plant quality.

This position is located in Morganfield, KY.

• You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Quality Manager
• Previous experience in the development and maintenance of a quality testing/reporting system

Quality Manager - Plant:
The annual base salary range for this role is from $84,640 to $95,220, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.

Quality Manager II - Plant:
The annual base salary range for this role is from $99,440 to $111,870, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
