Quality Control Crew Member

As a Quality Control Crew Member, you are responsible for ensuring dimensional conformance, confirming proper overall setup and completing required quality control documentation of our precast product. Dailey Precast utilizes electronic shop drawings consisting of a 3D model of components being constructed as well as a laser projection system to assist with setup processes. QC members utilize laptops or tablets to conduct their quality inspections along with inspection tools (tape measure, square, level, etc…) and the laser system.

QC members document results electronically for record keeping and to help identify improvement opportunities.
